Operating hours is from 10.00 am to 12.00 am everyday. Last appointment is at 10.00 pm.
Advanve Booking
We highly recommended booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be made at least one day before the treatment. A 50% cancellation fee will apply in all cases that such notice is not given at least four (4) hours before the scheduled time. For no show, 100% of the treatment reserved will be charged.
Spa Etiquette
Please respect all spa guests right to privacy and security. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and please turn off or place your mobile phone on silent mode. Naked in common and public area are prohibited. No guests are allowed at any time.
Spa Arrival
We recommend that your arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you will have time to relax and enjoy our welcoming drinks while filling our medical questionnaire.
Late Arrival
In the event you are running late, we will endeavour to conduct your full treatment. However, please note that the treatment may be shortened should there be another booking immediately thereafter. We also have the right to cancel the appointment after 15 minutes from the time scheduled.
Health Condition
Please advice us of any health condition, allergies or injuries which could affect the service during check in to our spa and in the medical questionnaire form before the the treatment.
Mode of Payment
Billing can be done either by cash, online banking, DuitNow and all types of QR pay.
